Sweet potatoes with brown sugar, pecans, and a hint of cinnamon, and baked with mini marshmallows until golden. Serves 8-10.
Thaw in refrigerator,
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. In a sprayed baking dish, mix sweet potatoes with
brown sugar mixture. Sprinkle pecan pieces over top.
3. Bake uncovered for 40-45 min.
4. Remove from oven and mix with spatula to
combine. Top with marshmallows.
5. Bake uncovered an additional 8-10 minutes until
golden.
