Chicken Avignon with Oven Roasted Broccoli

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Pat chicken dry, place in flour bag and toss to coat.
2.In medium sauté pan, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over med-high heat.
3.Brown chicken breasts 4-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Remove chicken from pan and cover to keep warm.
5.Add sundried tomato sauce and 1/2 cup water to pan, whisking often. Simmer sauce about 2-3 min. Add half and half, whisk to combine and simmer for an additional 6-8 min. to thicken.
6.Drizzle sauce over chicken and serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.
