Oven Roasted Broccoli

Oven Roasted Broccoli

From oven to table in no time. Broccoli florets tossed with garlic, olive oil, and herbs.

Prep time: 15-20 min.

Instructions

Cook from thawed or frozen
1.Preheat oven to 450°F.
2.Place broccoli on foil-lined sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Make sure broccoli is arranged in a single even layer and not too close together.
3.Roast broccoli for 10-12 min. Remove from oven, shake the pan to toss, and cook 5-7 more min. until brown and crisp.
4.Remove from oven. Serve and enjoy!

Grill Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat grill to med. high heat.
2.Cut a 9-12 inch sheet of foil. Place broccoli in the center of foil square. Cut an equal sized foil square and place on top of the broccoli. Pinch all sides of the foil squares together to create a sealed package.
3.Place on grill, directly on grates, and cook for 15 min. or until broccoli is cooked through. Serve immediately. **Careful when opening packets, steam will be very hot**
