STOVETOP
1.Add chicken/sausage mix, sauce and 2 1/2 cups of water to a large pot. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on low for 30 min.
2.Break noodles into bite-sized pieces inside sealed bag. Add pasta to soup and cook 5-8 min. or until tender.
3.Ladle soup into bowls and top with 2 Tbsp. of cheese blend.
CROCK POT
