Pre-Assembled A great meal to enjoy with friends and family. Grilled to perfection, this seasoned pork roast kicks up the flavor when topped with a mild chili butter.
Thaw in refrigerator
Preheat GRILL to med heat or OVEN to 350°F.
1.Remove pork roast from package and place fat-cap (white) side up on baking dish. Cut a 1/2 inch deep, crisscross X-pattern into top of roast. (Cooking instruction video online)
2.Brush roast with olive oil and sprinkle rub all over.
3.Grill over med heat on rack 40-45 min., turning every 10-15 min basting with chili butter. Let roast rest 10 min. before slicing (internal temp. of 145°F).
3.Bake for 45 minutes. Baste with chili butter, and bake an additional 30-40 min. Remove roast from oven. Let roast rest 10 min. before slicing 1/4 thick. (internal temp. of 145°F).
