Oven Baked Chicken Chimichangas

Guest Favorite This healthy spin on a Mexican staple is the perfect mixture of chicken, cheese and diced green onions, topped with salsa verde and served with salsa and sour cream.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Remove chimichanga topping bags from pan and bake chimichangas uncovered for 20 min.
3.Flip chimichangas and bake an additional 20 min. until they are golden brown.
4.Meanwhile, stir sour cream to recombine.
5.Place chimichangas on platter seam side down top with green verde sauce and serve with salsa and sour cream.
OPTIONAL: Heat panini press to 390°F. Place chimichangas on press and close for 3-5 min. or until golden.

Prep time: 45-50 min.
