Cheddar Corn Cakes

This twist on cornbread is the perfect complement to creamy soups and chii.The hint of cheese make these absolutely delicious.

Serving Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1. Place corn cake mixture in medium mixing bowl. Add milk mixture and blend thoroughly with fork. Fold the cheese into the corn mixture.
2. Heat a nonstick griddle or medium frying pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over med heat.
3. Spoon batter (3-4" dia.) onto hot griddle and cook until bubbles form at the edges, then flip and cook until golden, about 2 min. per side.
