Cantonese Beef and Broccoli over Rice

Guest Favorite Perfectly seasoned beef sirloin and broccoli florets combine to create this homemade Asian-inspired dinner. Served over warm rice.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In sauce pot, add rice and 1 1/8 cup water. Bring to boil, stir once, cover and cook on low heat for 20-25 min. Fluff with fork.
2.Meanwhile, in a large sauté pan over med-high heat, add 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Add beef and Cantonese sauce mixture. Stir to break up sirloin and simmer approx. 4-5 min.
3.Add broccoli to the beef and sauce. Stir to combine and cook no more than 3-5 min. until warmed through. Do not overcook as broccoli will be too soft.
4.Serve over rice.

Prep time: 25-30 min.
