Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.In a large pot, bring tomato broth base to a full boil.
2.Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 min.
3.Remove lid, add seafood, cover and cook for 5-7 min.
4.Before serving, while cioppino is still in the pot, use a fork to break large pieces of fish into bite size pieces.
CROCKPOT
1.Cook soup on low for 4-5 hours. Turn to high and add seafood, cover and cook for another 30-40 min.
