Maple Bourbon BBQ Chicken with Bacon with Corn Medley

New Tender chicken breasts simmered in a tangy maple bourbon BBQ sauce topped with savory diced bacon. Served with corn medley.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Corn Medley per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.In large sauté pan on med-high heat, cook bacon until crisp 2-3 min. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
2.In same pan heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil, add chicken and brown 2-3 min. per side.
3.Reduce heat to med-low, add sauce and desired amount of hot sauce to chicken, stir until smooth, cover and simmer 10-15 min.
4.Remove lid from chicken, top with bacon and serve.
