Maple Bourbon BBQ Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Guest Favorite Natural chicken breasts are spiked with our bourbon-style sauce and topped with crispy bacon. This is a quick dinner that is perfect for those busy weeknights.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Spread brussel sprouts evenly on foil-lined baking sheet, roast in oven 20 min.
3.In large saute pan on med high heat, cook bacon until crisp 2-3 min. Remove bacon from pan and set aside.
4.In same pan heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil, add chicken and brown 2-3 min. per side.
5.Reduce heat to med-low, add sauce to chicken, stir until smooth, cover and simmer 10-15 min.
6. Remove brussels sprouts from oven, stir, and place back in oven for an additional 10-15 min until they start to turn brown and crispy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
7. Remove lid from chicken, top with bacon and serve with Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
