1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.Place pan on baking sheet, remove lid.
3.In a mixing bowl, add sauce, desired amount of hot sauce, and 1 cup of water, stir to combine. Pour sauce evenly over ingredients in pan, stir and cover tightly with foil.
4.Bake, covered, at 400°F for 45 min.
5.Remove pan from oven and uncover, drain shrimp and arrange over rice blend.
6.Cover and return to oven for 15-20 min. or until liquid is absorbed (Internal temp. 160°F).
7.Remove from oven and let rest for 10 min. Remove bay leaf before serving.
