Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler or grill to med-high heat.
2.Remove steak from marinade. (Option: Best if you let steak rest at room temperature for 30-45 min. prior to cooking.)
3.Broil or grill on med-high to desired temperature for doneness
125°F for rare (about 4-7 min. per side)
135°F for med-rare (about 5-8 min. per side)
145°F for med (about 6-9 min. per side)
155°F for med-well (about 7-10 min. per side)
4.Remove from heat and let steak rest for 5-10 min. before slicing thinly, against the grain, at a 45° angle.

Prep time: 45-60 min.
