
Sweet Korean Pork Tenderloin with Asian Vegetable Quinoa
New Our delicious pork tenderloin is glazed with a sweet Asian-style sauce made with teriyaki, sesame oil, honey and Sriracha for a little kick. Paired with our Asian Vegetable Quinoa for a simple complete dinner.
Medium Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator
*Prepare Asian Vegetable Quinoa per separate cooking instructions. *
Preheat oven to 425F.
1.Spray a foil lined baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
2.Remove pork tenderloin from bag, and place on baking sheet.
3.Massage bag of glaze to blend, and spread the glaze on top of the tenderloin. Bake for 25-30 min.
4.Remove tenderloin from oven, let rest 5-10 min. and slice into 1/4 inch slices (internal temp. of 145F.). Drizzle remaining glaze over sliced pork and serve.
Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
