
Chicken Bolognese over Linguine
Guest Favorite You'll have the kids running to the table to enjoy this fun twist on a traditional Italian red sauce. Made with chicken and pumped up with vegetables, this dish will make spaghetti night a favorite for the whole family.
Medium Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a medium sauté pan over med-high heat, add seasoned chicken, stir to break up and cook until no longer pink. 2.Add veggies and sauce and bring to boil, reduce heat to med- low, cover and simmer 35-45 min., stirring 2-3 times. 3.Meanwhile, bring large covered pot of water to boil, add linguine and boil 10-12 min. until desired tenderness, drain and place in serving bowl. 4.Pour chicken and sauce over linguine and top with cheese mixture. Serve.
CROCKPOT:
1. Place seasoned chicken in crockpot and break apart chicken with cooking utensil into small pieces. Add vegetables and sauce, stir to combine, and set Crockpot to low and let cook for 6-8 hours. 2. When ready to serve, bring a pot of water to a boil and add linguine pasta. Cook for 9-11 min then drain. 3. To serve, divide cooked pasta evenly and spoon cooked chicken Bolognese sauce over pasta. Sprinkle parmesan and herb mixture over top.
