Thaw in refrigerator. **DO NOT THAW PUFF PASTRY**
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Separate frozen puff pastry squares and place on baking sheet to thaw 15-20 min.
2. Spray 6 regular size muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Press 1 puff pastry square into each muffin cup.
4.Evenly divide bacon and cheese mixture into each cup.
5.Massage sealed bag of seasoned egg mixture until thoroughly mixed. Evenly divide egg mixture between muffin cups.
6.Bring corners of puff pastry sheets together and pinch corners together until sealed closed.
7.Bake 35-40 min., until pastry is golden brown and egg filling is firm.
8.Remove from oven and let quiche puffs rest 5-10 min. in the muffin tin. Serve.
