Maple Pork Tenderloin with Bountiful Baked Beans

Guest Favorite This dish combines the taste of camp with the ease of quick-baked tenderloins. Our Bountiful Baked Beans are packed with bacon making them a perfect pairing to the sauce filled with mapley goodness. Try this in a crockpot if you plan to be out and about having fun.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
OVEN
1.Preheat oven to 425°F. 2.Spray a foil-lined rimmed 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray. 3.Remove pork tenderloin from package and place on baking dish. 4.Massage bag of maple glaze to blend, and pour half on top of tenderloin. Bake 15 min. 5.Cover tenderloin with remaining sauce, and bake an additional 20-25 min.(Internal temp. of 145°F) 6.Meanwhile, bring beans to boil over med heat in sauce pan. Simmer 10-15 min., stirring often until fully heated. 7.Let tenderloin rest 5-8 min. before thinly slicing. Tenderloin can be safely served lightly pink in the center.
CROCKPOT
1.Spray crockpot with nonstick spray, add tenderloin and sauce to crockpot, set on high and cook 4-5 hours, or on low 7-8 hours. 2.Meanwhile, bring beans to boil over med heat in a sauce pan. Simmer 10-15 min., stirring often until heated through. 3.Thinly slice tenderloin, and top with sauce OR, with 2 forks, pull apart pork in crockpot, stir in sauce and serve.

Prep time: 35-45 min.


Large Instructions
