STOVETOP:
1.Heat large sauté pan on med-high heat on stove top, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, add chicken mixture and cook to brown chicken 4-5 min.
2.Add spiced sauce to chicken, stir to combine.
3.Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and let simmer 15-20 min. Stirring once halfway through.
CROCKPOT:
1.Add chicken mixture and spiced sauce to crock pot on low heat, stir to combine. Cover with lid and let cook 2-3 hours.
TO SERVE:
Wrap pita in a damp paper towel and warm in microwave in 10 second bursts. Serve spiced chicken and chickpeas in warm pita bread as a wrap.
