Spiced Chicken and Chickpeas with Pita Bread

New New to our Dream Dinners menu, this East-inspired dish is sure to please your entire family with its subtle spices and warmed pita bread.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
CROCKPOT
1.Add chicken mixture and spiced sauce to crock pot on low heat, stir to combine.
2.Cover with lid and let cook 2-3 hours.
STOVETOP
1.Heat large skillet on med-high heat on stove top, add 1 Tbsp. olive oil, add chicken mixture and cook to brown chicken 4-5 min.
2.Add spiced sauce to chicken, stir to combine.
3.Reduce heat to low, cover with lid and let simmer 25-30 min. Stirring once halfway through.
4.When ready to serve, preheat oven to 350°F, wrap pita bread in foil and warm in oven 10-15 min.
5.Serve spiced chicken and chickpeas with warm pita bread.

Prep time: 30-35 min.
