Ham and Swiss Crepes with Toasted Onion Potato Wedges

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
*Prepare Toasted Onion Potato Wedges per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Foil line a baking sheet and spray with non stick cooking spray. Drain and squeeze excess moisture from spinach and set aside.
3.Assemble crepes: layer two crepes on top of each other and evenly layer 4 slices of canadian bacon across crepe. Layer 2-3 tablespoons of spinach and 2 Tablespoons of swiss cheese. Roll crepes and place seam side down on sprayed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining product.
4.Loosely cover with foil, tenting, to allow steam to escape. Bake 10-15 min until heated through and cheese is melted (internal temp 165 F.)
5.Serve crepes with honey mustard dipping sauce on the side.
