Creamy Balsamic Chicken

Guest Favorite: Chicken breast simmered in a creamy balsamic sauce with bacon and mushrooms.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator
1.In medium sauté pan, heat 1/2 Tbsp. of olive oil over med.-high heat.
2.Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Brown chicken breasts 4-6 min. per side (internal temp. 165°F.)
3.Remove chicken from pan, cover to keep warm.
4.In same sauté pan, add onion and mushroom blend to pan and sauté 5 min, stirring frequently.
5.Reduce heat to low and stir in cream sauce. Add chicken back to pan and simmer on low for 3 min., until sauce is thickened and chicken is heated through.
6.Serve chicken with creamy balsamic sauce drizzled on top.
