Pulled Pork Banh Mi Sliders

New Delight in these little sandwiches packed to the brim with flavor. Mini rustic rolls are filled with tender shredded pork in a sweet chili garlic sauce. Topped with pickled vegetables and finished with a sriracha mayo.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut rustic rolls with serrated knife 3/4 through each roll. Place rustic rolls on a baking sheet and allow to toast and heat through, about 10 min.
2.While rolls are toasting, add pork mixture to med. sauce pan and cook over med. heat until heated through, about 5 min. Remove from heat.
3.Drain pickled vegetables by cutting a small hole in the bottom corner of the bag. Let all the pickling liquid drain out, leaving only the pickled vegetables.
4.To assemble: Using kitchen scissors, cut corner of sriracha mayo bag and squeeze approximately 1 heaping tsp. onto each side of roll. Divide pork mixture evenly among bottom half of the rolls. Top shredded pork with pickled vegetables and close sandwich. Enjoy!
