Salisbury Meatballs with Mushroom Gravy over Noodles

Guest Favorite Dream Dinners Classics: Beef and bacon meatballs simmered in a brown gravy with sauteed mushrooms served over egg noodles.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Bring large covered pot of water to a boil, add noodles and cook 6-7 min. Drain.
3.In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with seasoned meatball mixture. Firmly roll 12-14 golf ball-sized meatballs.
4.Spray an 8x8 baking sheet with nonstick spray and evenly distribute meatballs across pan and place in oven.
5.Bake for 25-30 min. until browned and cooked through (internal temperature of 155°F).
6.While meatballs are cooking, heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add seasoned mushrooms to heated pan and cook for 4-5 min.
7.Add gravy base liquid to pan with mushrooms and stir to combine. Bring sauce to a boil and then turn down the heat and let simmer. The gravy should thicken and become glossy.
8.Add cooked meatballs to gravy and serve immediately over egg noodles.
