Pre-Assembled Dream Dinners Classics: Slow cooked beef in a red chile enchilada sauce and served with warm flour tortillas.
Large Prep time: 2 hrs.
Thaw in refrigerator.
CROCKPOT: 1.Add 1 cup of water to seasoned enchilada sauce bag, massage to combine. Place beef in crockpot and pour seasoned enchilada sauce over top. Cook: on low 6-8 hours, high 4-6 hours.
OVEN: 1.Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add 1 cup of water to seasoned enchilada sauce bag, massage to combine. Place beef into dish and pour sauce over top. Cover tightly with foil and bake 1.5-2 hours, until beef is tender.
2.Once beef is cooked, remove from sauce, shred or cut into bite-sized pieces and return to sauce. Stir to combine.
3.Heat tortillas in microwave at 10 sec. intervals until warm.
4.Serve with your favorite taco toppings: shredded cheese, warm tortillas (provided), and guacamole, sour cream, salsa, onions if desired.
