Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to the bag of seasoned panko mixture and shake the bag to mix. Place pork chops in the bag of seasoned panko and toss to coat, pressing the mixture into both sides.
2.Heat saute pan over med. heat with 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Cook pork chops 3-4 min. per side (internal temp. 145°F). NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will make them tough.

1.Preheat air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray. Add 1/4 tsp. kosher salt to bag of seasoned panko mixture, shake bag to mix.
2.Place pork chops in bag of seasoned panko, toss to coat both sides. Press the mixture into both sides of the pork chop to cover them entirely.
3.When the air fryer is ready, place pork chops into the prepared basket and spray the top with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for 3-4 min., flip the pork chops over, spraying top with nonstick cooking spray. Cook for an additional 3-4 min. (internal temp. 145°F). Note: Overcooking pork chops will make them tough.
