Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwiches

Marinated chicken breasts on brioche buns, topped with a creamy Caesar spread blended with Parmesan cheese.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to high heat. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Broil for 4-5 min. per side, or until chicken breasts are cooked through (internal temp. 165°F). Remove from broiler and rest for 3-4 min.
3.Meanwhile, toast buns 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
4.To serve, place chicken breasts on toasted bun, evenly distribute Caesar spread on top bun and add any other fresh toppings of your choice.

Medium Air Fryer Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Remove chicken from marinade, discard marinade. Place chicken in basket and cook 10-12 min., or until chicken breasts are cooked through (internal temp. 165°F). Remove from air fryer and rest 3-4 min.
3.Meanwhile, toast buns in air fryer 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
4.To serve, place chicken breasts on toasted bun, evenly distribute Caesar spread on top bun and add any other fresh toppings of your choice.
