Peaches and Cream French Toast Bake

Peaches and Cream French Toast Bake

Sweet sliced peaches baked into a pudding-like French toast bake topped with oats and pecans.

Prep time: 50-65 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Remove lid from pan and discard. Evenly sprinkle topping mixture and pecans over top. Cover with foil.
3.Bake for 30 min. for a softer bread pudding texture. Cook for 45 min. for a firmer crisper texture. Uncover and cook for an additional 5-10 min. until the top is golden brown.
4.Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min. before serving.
