A pan breakfast with french toast cubes baked in a pumpkin and seasonally spiced custard for a special breakfast or brunch!
Prep time: 50-65 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Remove lid from pan and discard. Evenly sprinkle topping mixture over top. Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Bake for 30 min. for a softer, more bread pudding texture or for 45 min. for a firmer, crisper texture.
4.Uncover and sprinkle pecans over top, if desired.
5.Cook for an additional 5-10 min. uncovered, until the top is golden brown.
6.Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min before serving.
