Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.Remove lid from pan and discard. Evenly sprinkle topping mixture over top of bread. Cover with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
3.Bake for 30 min., for a softer, more bread pudding texture or for 45 min. for a firmer, crisper texture. Uncover and cook an additional 5-10 min. until the top is golden brown.
4.Remove from oven and let cool for 5 min. before serving.
