Medium Prep time: 15-20 min
Thaw in refrigerator. 1.Preheat grill or broiler to med-high heat. 2.Remove steaks from marinade, sprinkle one side of the steaks with 1/2 of the rub. 3.Grill or broil on med-high heat. Apply remaining rub to second side of steak and continue cooking until desired doneness: 125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side) 135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side) 145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side) 155°F for well done (about 8-10 min. per side) 4.Let steaks rest 5 min., then cut across the grain into thin strips. 5.Meanwhile, wrap tortillas in foil and place on grill or in oven for 3-5 min. to warm. 6.Place refried beans in small saucepan and heat for 3-5 min. 7.Place sliced steak and refried beans in warm tortillas, top with salsa. NOTE: There is enough filling that we've provided an extra tortilla for an additional taco.
