This trio of goodies including a braided homemade bread kit, savory turkey gravy, and tangy cranberry relish.

Thaw in refrigerator.
HOMEMADE BREAD: 1.In a large bowl, add the yeast, sugar mixture, and 1 cup warm water and stir. Allow to proof until yeast resembles a creamy foam. 2.Mix the salt and oil into the yeast mixture. To the bowl, mix in flour, one cup at a time. 3.Knead dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth. Place in a well-oiled bowl and turn dough to coat. Cover with a damp cloth. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk, about 1 hour. 4.Punch dough down. Knead for a few minutes. Preheat oven to 350°F. 5.Divide dough into three sections and roll each section into long ropes about 10 inches long. Pinch all three ends together on one side and braid. Pinch the bottom ends together when finished. 6.Place the loaf into a loaf pan that is sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, tucking dough ends underneath loaf to fit. Allow to rise for 30 minutes, or until dough has risen 1 inch above pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
GRAVY: Place gravy in med. sauce pan & heat over med. heat. Simmer for 8-10 min., whisking occasionally.
CRANBERRY RELISH: Stir to blend, serve chilled or at room temp.
