Medium Prep time: 18-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Oven Roasted Broccoli per separate cooking instructions provided.*
1.Pat chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat pan to med-high and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides about 3-5 min. per side. Lower heat to med-low.
2.Meanwhile, place honey mustard sauce in bowl and stir to combine. Brush sauce on both sides of the chicken and add remaining sauce to pan. 3.Cover pan and cook 8-10 min., rotating the chicken until cooked through (internal temp of 165°F). If sauce is too thick, add 1-2 Tbsp. water or chicken stock to the pan as the chicken finishes cooking.
4.To serve, remove chicken from pan and pour sauce from the pan over top.
