New Campfire Cook Out: Tender chicken breasts in a flavorful Indian yogurt marinade, skewered and grilled served with a sweet and savory peanut sauce.
Large Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
NOTE: Chicken can be cooked with or without skewers.
1.SKEWERS: Add water to bags of skewers, re-seal and let soak for 10 min then drain.
2.Meanwhile, remove chicken from marinade and discard bag. Cut each chicken breast into 3 strips. If using skewers, thread chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers.
3.Preheat large saute pan or grill to medium high. Add chicken and cook for 4-5 min. per side (Internal temp. 165°F.)
4.While chicken is cooking, empty sauce bag into bowl. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of water, portion cups of peanut butter, and desired amount of hot sauce. Mix thoroughly to combine. Sauce should be slightly runny. Add more water if needed for desired consistency.
5.Serve cooked chicken skewers with peanut dipping sauce.
