Medium Prep time: 25-35 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
NOTE: Pizza dough is easier to work with and will rise better when at room temperature. For best results, remove pizza dough from refrigerator 1 hour before preparing.
1.Preheat oven to 450°F.
2.Place thawed dough on floured cutting board, roll dough to cover with flour, let rest 10-15 min.
3.Flatten dough and roll with rolling pin to form about a 10-12" circle. Repeat for additional dough ball. Place on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Pinch edges of pizza dough over to form a crust.
4.Spread BBQ sauce to cover dough. Add desired toppings and cheese.
5.Bake for 15-20 min. until golden brown. Let pizza rest 1-2 min. before slicing.

2.Place thawed dough on floured cutting board, roll dough to cover with flour, let rest 10-15 min.
3.Flatten dough and roll with rolling pin to form about a 10-12" circle. Repeat for additional dough ball. Place dough on foil-lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
4.Gather all toppings and place on a baking sheet near grill for easy access (once pizzas are on grill you will need to top them quickly).
5.When the grill is hot, reduce the flame to low and add floured rolled out doughs directly to grill grates. Keep the grill open and allow dough to cook for 1-2 min.
6.Flip pizzas with two spatulas and turn off direct flame, leaving on other indirect flames. Quickly top pizzas with sauce, desired toppings and cheese. When finished, close grill lid to keep in heat and let cook for another 3-4 min. or until cheese is melted and dough is cooked through.
7.Remove pizzas from grill to flat surface and let rest 1-2 min. before slicing.
