Summer Grilled Vegetables

This is the perfect side dish for any summer meal or BBQ. A sliced vegetable mix tossed in a simple seasoned oil and thrown on the grill or cooked in a foil pack for easy cleanup.

Prep time: 15-20 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 425°F.
2.Cut a large 9-12 inch sheet of foil. Place vegetables coated in seasoned oil in the center of foil square. Cut an equal sized foil square and place on top of vegetables. Pinch all sides of the foil squares to create a sealed package.
3.Place in heated oven and cook for 15 min. or until vegetables are cooked through. Serve immediately.
**Careful when opening packets, steam will be very hot**

3.Place on grill, directly on grates, and cook for 15 min. or until vegetables are cooked through. Serve immediately.
