Dill Marinated Shrimp Skewers with Garlic Asparagus Spears

Guest Favorite Perfect for Al Fresco dining as the weather warms up! Serve these herb marinated shrimp skewers as an appetizer for a crowd or as a healthy Spring inspired dinner.

Large Prep time: 25-30 min.

Large Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Garlic Asparagus Spears per separate cooking instructions provided*
1.Drain liquid from shrimp and place shrimp in bag of marinade for 20-30 min. Fill bag of skewers with warm water and allow to soak while shrimp marinates.
2.Meanwhile, preheat oven to 350°F or grill to med- high heat.
3.Evenly space 4-5 shrimp per skewer.
4.OVEN- place on a foil-lined baking sheet and cook 5-7 min or until shrimp are pink.GRILL- sear shrimp 4-5 min per side. (internal temp 145°F). NOTE:Shrimp will become tough and chewy if overcooked.
5.Serve shrimp skewers hot or chilled as an appetizer with Garlic Asparagus Spears.
