Kentucky Pork Chops with Bacon Ranch Green Beans

Boneless chops rubbed in a blend of spices and brown sugar, then brushed with a molasses glaze. Served with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.

Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Bacon Ranch Green Beans per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.To dry rub bag, add 1/2 tsp. of kosher salt.
2.Remove pork chops from bag and pat dry. Coat both sides of chops with rub, pressing gently so rub sticks to meat. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in large saute pan over med. high heat until hot. Add pork chops and brown 2-3 min. per side.
3.Brush top with sauce, turn, and cook 1 min. Brush the second side with sauce, turn, and cook 1 min. (internal temp. 145°F).
4.Transfer chops to plate and keep warm. Add remaining sauce to pan and cook 1-2 min.
5.Top chops with warm sauce from pan and serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
*NOTE: Overcooking pork chops will cause them to be tough and dry.

4.Transfer chops to plate to rest. Add remaining sauce to a small saucepan and heat on med. high for 2-3 min. or microwave safe dish and cook for 1-2 min.
5.Top chops with warm sauce and serve with Bacon Ranch Green Beans.
