Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to high heat.
2.Place seasoned turkey mixture into mixing bowl and combine until thoroughly blended.
3.Separate into 3 equal portions and roll into balls. Press 1 Tbsp. mozzarella into center and form 3 large patties about 1/2 inch thick, making sure to seal the cheese inside the patty.
4.Let rest on baking sheet for 5-10 min. in refrigerator.

6.Toast buns under broiler approx. 1 min.
