Breakfast Sandwich

Our delicious western omelet along with english muffins. canadian bacon and cheddar cheese to create the perfect sandwich.

Prep time: 15-20 min.

Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to med. high.
2.Place English muffin halves face up on foil lined baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Butter each half of muffin.
3.On other side of the baking sheet next to muffins, lay out Canadian bacon.
4.Place baking sheet under broiler and watch carefully. When muffins are toasted, place a slice of cheese over half of them and return to oven. If Canadian bacon is cooked to desired preference, remove from pan when topping the muffins with cheese and keep warm.
5.While cheese is melting, place omelets on microwave safe plate and cook for 1-2 minutes. Let sit in microwave to stay warm.
6.To assemble, place Canadian bacon on top of melted cheese side of the muffin. Cut omelet in half and place half on top of the canadian bacon. Top with remaining muffin and serve.
