Creamy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

New Chicken breasts marinated in a tangy buffalo sauce and topped with mozzarella and buffalo cream cheese. Served on pretzel buns.

Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to med. high heat.
2.Using tongs, remove chicken from marinade and place on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Discard marinade.
3.Broil on med. high for 4-6 min. per side, or until chicken breasts are cooked through (internal temp. 165°F). Meanwhile, add desired amount of buffalo sauce to cream cheese mixture and massage to combine.
4.Place mozzarella cheese on top of chicken breasts and cook until cheese is melted, about 1-2 min.
5.Remove chicken from oven and let rest. Place buns in oven and toast for 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
6.To assemble, place chicken breast on toasted bun, evenly distribute buffalo cream cheese mixture on top of bun and add other toppings of your choice.

Medium Air Fryer Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Lightly spray basket with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Using tongs, remove chicken from marinade and place in basket. Discard marinade.
3.Cook for 10-12 min. (internal temp. 165°F). Meanwhile, add desired amount of buffalo sauce to cream cheese mixture and massage to combine.
4.Place mozzarella cheese on top of chicken breasts and cook for 1-2 min. until cheese is melted.
5.Remove chicken from basket and let rest. Place buns in air fryer and toast for 1-2 min. or until golden brown.
