Italian Sausage Lasagna Soup

New A hearty combination of sausage, vegetables, and lasagna noodles, topped with Italian cheeses.

Medium Prep time: 45-50 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.In a large pot, add sausage mix, sauce, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, and 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low for 30 min.
2.Break noodles into bite-sized pieces inside sealed bag. Add pasta to soup and cook 5-8 min. or until tender.
3.To serve, ladle soup into bowls and evenly distribute cheese blend over top.

Medium Crock-Pot Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.To crock pot, add sausage mix, sauce, 1/2 tsp. kosher salt, and 3 cups of water. Stir to combine.
2.Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
3.Break noodles into bite-sized pieces inside a sealed bag. Add pasta to soup 30-45 minutes before it is finished and cook until tender.
4.To serve, ladle soup into bowls and evenly distribute cheese blend over top.

Thaw in refrigerator.
