Kielbasa, potatoes, onions and peppers roasted together on a sheet pan makes this an easy meal for a busy weeknight.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Pour potato wedges into kielbasa mixture. Lightly massage bag to evenly coat ingredients with oil and seasonings.
3.Pour onto baking sheet in an even layer.
4.Bake for 20-25 min., stirring halfway through cooking for even browning.
5.Serve directly from pan, or transfer to serving plates. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
