Sheet Pan Kielbasa & Potatoes

Kielbasa, potatoes, onions and peppers roasted together on a sheet pan makes this an easy meal for a busy weeknight.

Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a foil-lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Pour potato wedges into kielbasa mixture. Lightly massage bag to evenly coat ingredients with oil and seasonings.
3.Pour onto baking sheet in an even layer.
4.Bake for 20-25 min., stirring halfway through cooking for even browning.
5.Serve directly from pan, or transfer to serving plates. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.

Medium Air Fryer Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat air fryer to 370°F.
2.Pour potato wedges into kielbasa mixture. Lightly massage bag to evenly coat ingredients with oil and seasonings. Pour into basket or on tray and shake to distribute evenly. Depending on size of air fryer, cook in batches if necessary.
3.Cook for 12-15 minutes. Stir about halfway through for even browning.
4.Remove from basket or tray and serve immediately. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired.
