Fisherman's Grilled Salmon

Salmon fillets covered in a blend of lemon, garlic, and capers in a creamy butter sauce.

Medium Prep time: 10-15 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Preheat broiler to med. high heat. Remove salmon fillets from packaging and place on foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Evenly divide seasoned butter and place on top of each salmon fillet.
3.Place on baking sheet and broil on high 8-10 min. until salmon begins to flake with fork (internal temp. 145°F).
