1. Place rice, meat and sauce in large saute pan.
2. Bring to boil over med-high heat, stir to mix and cover with lid.
3. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, covered, 20-25 min.
4. Remove from heat, fold in peas, re-cover and let rest 8-10 min.
