Beef Stew with Vegetables

Beef Stew with Vegetables

Slow-cooked beef with potatoes, carrots, and tomatoes, all simmered in a hearty, seasoned gravy.

Medium Prep time: 2 - 2 1/2 hrs.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Pour sauce/vegetable mixture into large pot. Pour 1/2 cup of water into empty sauce bag and massage to loosen any remaining ingredients and pour into pot. Add ranch steaks and stir to combine.
2.Cover and simmer on med. to low heat for 2-2 1/2 hours or until meat is tender (internal temp. 145°F).
3.Remove bay leaf and shred meat.
4.Ladle into bowls to serve.
