New These lean, juicy, boneless pork chops are breaded and seasoned with the flavors of paprika, rosemary, thyme and garlic. Seared to a golden brown, paired with our creamy mashed potatoes and topped with a pearl onion gravy, making the perfect end to a busy day.
Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.
Thaw in refrigerator
1. Place 1 chop at a time in bag of panko, toss to coat both sides.
2. Heat large frying pan over med heat with 2 Tbsp. olive oil. Saute chops 3-4 min. per side.
3. Meanwhile, in large sauce pan, heat mashed potatoes.
Place mashed potatoes in a deep serving platter. Top with pork chops.
4. In same pan as pork chops, bring gravy & pearl onions to simmer. Pour over pork chops and mashed potatoes. Serve.
