Medium Prep time: 20-25 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.

1.Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in med. saute pan over med. heat.
2.Brown chicken 3-5 min. per side.
3.Add sauce, cover and simmer 3 min. to glaze chicken (internal temp. 165°F). Serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.

1.Set instant pot to SAUTE. Add 1 Tbsp. of oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker.
2.Brown chicken 3 minutes per side.
3.Add sauce and 1/2 cup of water to pot, coating seared chicken breasts. Seal the cooker and make sure the pressure valve is closed. Set to HIGH pressure for 8 minutes. After 8 minutes, do a quick release of the pressure (internal temp. 165°F).
4.Serve with Oven Roasted Broccoli.
