Thaw in refrigerator
1. Fill large pot 3/4 full of water. Add 1/2 tsp. salt. Bring to boil. Add fettuccine and cook 9-11 min. or until desired tenderness. Drain, return to pot, add 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil and toss to coat.
2. Meanwhile, place chicken in flour mixture one at a time, toss to coat all sides.
3. In large skillet add walnuts. Over med heat, stir to toast 2-3 min. Set aside.
4. Using same skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray, over med.-high heat brown chicken 3-4 min. per side.
