Seasoned ground chuck sliders with cheese, herbed marinara, and pepperoni on mini brioche buns. Served with Crispy Shoestring Fries.
Medium Prep time: 25-30 min.
Thaw in refrigerator.
*Prepare Crispy Shoestring Fries per separate cooking instructions provided.
1.Place ground beef in mixing bowl. Add 1/8 tsp. kosher salt, portion cup of burger seasoning, and 1/2 the marinara sauce. Blend well and equally divide into 6 portions (slightly larger than a golf ball). Shape into small slider patties, 1/2 inch thick or less.
2.Cook slider patties in a saute pan on med. high heat for 5 min. per side (internal temp. 155°F).
3.Meanwhile, add remaining marinara sauce to bowl and microwave 1-2 min. or heat in small pan on stovetop.
4.After Crispy Shoestring Fries are cooked, remove, and set oven to broil.
5.Add 1/8 tsp. kosher salt to cheese bag and shake to mix.
6.Spray foil lined baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Place buns on baking sheet cut side up. Place slider patty on bottom bun. Top each patty with marinara sauce, cheese, and two slices of pepperoni.
7.Place baking sheet in oven and broil until cheese has melted and top is golden, about 1-2 min.
8.Serve with any extra marinara sauce on the side and Crispy Shoestring Fries.
