Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Remove ribs from plastic, wrap in foil. NOTE: the ribs are pre-smoked and seasoned, but can be sauced if preferred.
OVEN
2.Preheat oven to 350°F, place on baking sheet, cook for 20 min. (Option: Open foil, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and cook an additional 12-15 min. unwrapped.)
GRILL
2.Grill med. high heat for 20 min. (Option: Remove from foil, brush with your favorite barbecue sauce and cook an additional 5 min. per side.)
