Garlic Balsamic Marinated Steaks

Tender steaks marinated in a robust blend of balsamic vinegar, garlic and spices, and grilled to perfection.

Medium Prep time: 15-20 min.

Medium Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator.
1.Pour sauce into a small saucepan and heat over med. low heat for 3-5 min., stirring occasionally.
2.Preheat broiler to med. high heat.
3.Meanwhile, remove steaks from marinade and discard.
4.Broil steaks on med. high to desired temperature for doneness:
NOTE: Shape and thickness of steaks may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly, add time for thicker steaks.
125°F for rare (about 5-6 min. per side)
135°F for medium rare (about 6-7 min. per side)
145°F for medium (about 7-8 min. per side)
5.Let steaks rest for 5 min. Remove bay leaf from warm sauce and spoon over steaks to serve.
*NOTE: To keep steaks tender, slice the steaks across the grain lines.
